More than 80 "bricks of art" have been selected by Visual Impaktes for sharing the organized competition
With the full gallery to leak it|he|she made itself|himself|herself delivery yesterday of the first and second prize of the annual competition of ephemeral Art. A brick borne by more than one a hundred of white personetes elaborated by Rafael Medina took away the "brick of gold" in a unanimous way. The amount and the quality of the shown|presented works consolidate this annual appointment like a space of art, participation|shareholding and creativity of reference to the city. The works will be set forth until the next 8 December. The jury formed by the galerista Esmeralda González, the art critic Llorenç Vendrell, the artist Werens Puig and the graphic|graphical designer Laia Pampalona, conceded Rafael Medina, and the second (the brick of silver) to Xavi Pàrraga the first prize. The third prize will decide on popular poll|vote until the next 1 December.

The organizers of this original contest, who have made an appraisal very positive, have highlighted that "the brick as an object (too daily) and like by the competition has motivated to participating in many people, and a lot that would never have approached the art or our gallery". At the same time they have highlighted also the multiple collaborations that they have received with the competition and the "ceremony of delivery of yesterday".

The "bricks of art" shape a curious exhibition|exposure to the same gallery of Visual Impaktes to the street St. Francesc since yesterday and even the next eight December. From the thirteenth December the artists will be able to go to searching the bricks coinciding with the celebration of the second anniversary|birthday of the shop. A celebration that will have a joint exhibition|exposure of the local artists Werens and Matilda, and will be entertained with Disk|Record Thorn and an exhibition of "live painting".
